- to contribute to the creation of favorable conditions for the full development of a young person, to discover and realize his potential in various spheres of public life;
- assistance in educating of young people on universal humanistic principles, as well as improving the cultural, spiritual, intellectual level of young people.
Educational and pedagogical work will help people with disabilities to return to the family and school with positive changes in the dynamics of physical and mental health, to realize their potential, to gain experience in communicating with healthy people.
Infrastructure:
- the new comfortable eco-friendly cottages in Issyk-Kul, the center will be implemented the program "accessible environment", taking into account the needs and interests of people with disabilities (ramps, thresholdless access system in the room, specially equipped rooms and others), full-fledged infrastructure ( playground, court, swimming pool, wellness bath, phytobar, etc.) Treatment: the main activity of the center is the rehabilitation of young people and children with disabilities, rehabilitation after serious diseases, rehabilitation rehabilitation and sports rehabilitation. Types of rehabilitation: orthopedic, neurological, psychological, sanatorium-cultural treatment, rest and general improvement of the body

The whole service for people with disabilities will be free of charge, and there will also be a commercial service for those who want to spend time in the Center. Received funds will be used to the center service and employees payment. The Center can also accept sportsmen and vacationers from abroad on a commercial basis, year-round as scheduled. The Center will gradually move to the basis of self-financing.
